Independent Youth Sports Magazine.
Made for young sports fans.
Built with young writers.
We inspire children to discover the opportunities, values, and lifelong possibilities that sport can unlock. Through our print and digital magazines created with students, not just for them, we're building a generation that doesn't just watch sport, but understands it, writes about it, and eventually shapes it.
Professional sports journalism tells us what happened on the field.
We ask, “What did sport mean to you?”
That difference is at the heart of what we’re building.
The Final Score
Writing Experience
Final Score brings writing back to the school library. Instead of another online submission form, students pick up a Final Score Writing Sheet, put pen to paper, and share their ideas, stories and sporting perspectives.
Each submission carries the student’s name, class and details, and is collected by the school before being reviewed by the Final Score team. The most original, engaging and thoughtful contributions could earn a place in a future edition, turning a simple handwritten page into a chance to be published.
The big question
a space for young sport fans to think, question, and have their say
Alongside giving school students an open, free canvas to share anything under the sun about sport, every month Final Score brings them a fresh set of questions to think about, debate and write about. See what’s on their minds. Discover how they see the world of sport.
And if there’s something you’ve always wanted to ask the next generation of sports fans, ask a question of your own. We’ll put it in front of our students and let you hear what they have to say.

Why Final Score Exists
Every sporting nation begins by inspiring its children. Final Score exists to spark that journey, helping young minds discover the world of sport through powerful stories, fresh ideas, and meaningful opportunities. Because building India's sporting future doesn't begin on the podium. It begins in the classroom.
Inspiring a generation. Building a sporting nation.
Our Story
Final Score first hit the stands in December 2005.
Back then, every issue was crafted entirely by hand and published as a weekly magazine, a true labor of passion.
Today, we're bringing that spirit back, with new stories, new voices and a much bigger dream. The original editions will soon be available in our digital archive.
